The brewery, at 401 East 30th Street, is located on the former site of Oriole Park V, also known as Terrapin Park, which was the home of the Federal League Baltimore Terrapins from 1914 to 1915, and the International League Orioles from 1916 to 1944. The Brewery also is across the street from the site of Oriole Park II and IV, where the American League Orioles played in 1901 and 1902
Street parking is free that day. Additional spaces are be provided by the brewery.
How much: The meeting is open to everyone. Registration is $25 for everyone (SABR members and guests) and includes pizza and soda. If you prefer, you may bring your own lunch, in which case please remit $19 and we will adjust our pizza order accordingly.
This is a new location and a new day of the week. We hope everyone will come and enjoy our new and improved annual meeting. Beer will be on tap for those interested in purchasing and sampling such ballpark fare as Old Oriole Park Bohemian.

Dr. McKenna will discuss his research about the Baltimore Black Sox for his upcoming book about that team.
Chapter board member Dave Stinson will talk about the history of the site, as well as the other former ballpark sites located in the are, and explain how his book, “Deadball: A Metaphysical Baseball Novel” relates to our meeting place and those other ballpark sites.
But there’s more! Donated for the benefit of our chapter are hundreds of baseball books and memorabilia items, available to all in attendance through our annual raffle. Winning raffle ticket numbers will be posted during the meeting. Holders of the first numbers called will have the first choice of items to take home in the order of ticket numbers drawn. Tickets will be $1 apiece (10 for $5), proceeds going to the chapter. This year’s available items may break all records. Please let us know if you wish to donate an item to the raffle. We appreciate the generosity of our members.
